This one is a bit more better, but it's a bit more wobbly, i'm not sure if it's because of the brushes smoothness though or the fact that the character doesn't have a head. I see you added a bit of movement with the arms which is great. However, the problem with this is that the movement is much more faster than the walk, usually when a normal person walks there's a rhythm with the arms and legs, cause they move at the same time, try doing that. Also, since the stick figure does 2 steps there should be 2 swings for the arms. Also, when a character is walking then stops they shouldn't stand frozen, i suggest to add more ease towards the beginning and end of the walk cycle by adding more keyframes. This isn't bad though, resizing is fine and your proportions seem to be the same and the character doesn't look like he's stomping. Small improvement, but still, not a bad animation. Those are my thoughts

why do your stick figures in collabs look like their upper legs and downer legs, upper arms and downer ares are not really attached

I didnt know at first but thats honestly one of the best styles because u can do so much with the movement
